- Meet The Founder
I’m Naznin Stevens,
My journey into this work was shaped by lived experience, navigating racism in childhood, eating disorders in early adulthood, and years of undiagnosed ADHD. Like many ADHDers, I achieved early but at a personal cost: masking, exhaustion, and feeling misunderstood.
The turning point was recognising this truth: ADHD was not the problem. The environment was.
Today, I combine lived experience with professional expertise in Occupational Health, Employment Legislation, HR Consultancy, and Executive Coaching. My work bridges compliance with compassion, helping organisations build cultures where people feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.
